November Pack Meeting on November 30
Our November Pack meeting will be held at Brookvale School this Tuesday at 7 pm. The theme for November is Citizenship.

Please arrive early and help us set up chairs and such. We’re going to try a new seating layout to accommodate the large set of attendees.
September Pack Meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 29
Our monthly pack meetings are normally held on the last Tuesday of the month, but we are moving to Wednesday this month due to an event at Brookvale school on the 28th.
So, please join us for our monthly Pack Meeting at 7 pm on September 29th, located at the Brookvale Elementary School multi-use room. The theme this month is Cooperation.

Popcorn Kickoff Meeting - Sept 15
We begin another new Scouting year, and I would like to invite all of you to the Popcorn Kick Off meeting. We are set for Wednesday, September 15th @ 7:00 pm at Brookvale school. Please mark this date in on your calendars.
At the meeting we will touch on a the concept, fun and benefit of the popcorn sales that we do each year. Remember, that popcorn sales are what help allow our Pack to do a lot of the special events such as the Pinewood Derby, Blue and Gold Dinner as well as provide for the awards books and scarves. This is also what keeps our annual dues down as well.
At the meeting we will primarily focus on our Show and Sell that we have at Dale Hardware each year.
This year we will be selling on a few dates. All three are Sundays, beginning with Sunday September 19th and consecutive Sundays, October 3rd and 10th. We will be selling from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm on all three dates. Each shift will consist of two hours and I would like to have an upper level Scout paired with a young Scout.

Summer BBQ - August 28
Proud To Be Pack 163
As summer ends and we begin our school and Scouting year in earnest, come join us at our end of summer BBQ in Los Cerritos Park on August 28.
This is a great opportunity to catch up and share stories of summer camp or vacations, meet new Scouts, and have fun. We’ll have a few activities for the Scouts and families to participate in, including a water balloon toss, eating donuts off a string, “cold potato” and more.
- Pack 163 Summer BBQ and Potluck
- Los Cerritos Park in Fremont (corner of Nicolet Ave and Alder Ave, next to Brookvale School)
- Saturday, August 28 from 11:00 am - 2:30 pm
- The Pack will supply Hot Dogs, Veggie Dogs, Water, and light desert. Please bring a dish/drinks to share if you can.
Bring lawn chairs or other park equipment and come have fun!

Pack Meeting March 30
Hi Everyone,
Yes, it is that time for our next pack meeting on Tuesday, March 30th, at Brookvale Elementary School at 7 pm.
Please arrive early so that the scouts (and siblings) can make paper airplanes. We are going to have a game later on that will test their flying skills.
- The Tiger Cub Den will be have some kind of presentation with a joke or two thrown in.
- The Wolf Den will be bringing cookies (or other goodies).
- The Bear Den will be handling ticket sales.
- And the Webelos will be doing the Flag Ceremony.
We will have a representative from the BSA Council coming by to talk about the Friends of Scouting program. This program raises money for a lot of other programs in our council and district (camps upkeep and improvements, Camperships, insurance, building and council support, etc.).
