Webelos Visit US Geologic Survey
Here are a few photos from our Webelos (Den 1) outing to the USGS, Menlo Park.

Bear Den Visits Mission San Jose
The Bear den took time out from a rainy and cloudy Sunday to visit Mission San Jose. We saw a movie about the missions and details about Mission San Jose’s history, construction, and re-construction. Then we took a brief tour through the museum, the Mission itself, and the courtyard.

Fire Station Visit
On February 3, our Dens visited the Fremont Fire Station in Brookvale for a “Go See It” event and tour. The friendly and informative officers showed us the fire station, the engines and vehicles, and of course the fire pole!

Tiger Cubs Build Dinosaurs!
The whole den and their dinosaur models
April is dinosaur month in Cub Scouts. We made two models of dinosaurs at our last den meeting. One was made from wood and the other was made from thick paper. The boys had a great time, and their dinosaurs looked great!
